We’re cultivating a small vineyard and winery in Linden, Virginia.
On our 18-acre property, we’ve planted cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot, petit verdot, chardonnay and petit manseng, as well as the Italian varietal barbera.
We also have an experimental block of sagrantino, an Umbrian grape and one of our favorites.

Sneak-peek wine tastings while we put the finishing touches on our new tasting room: Escape to the Linden, Virginia, wine region and experience our small-batch wines while taking in views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. Our contemporary, off-grid tasting room is still under construction, but we can’t wait to share Silver Dog Vineyards with you. Come visit for a sneak-peek and enjoy a wine tasting on the finished, outdoor deck or the indoor bar area. Silver Dog’s grand opening will be in the early fall. The wine tasting is $35 and includes four Silver Dog wines. All wines are also offered by the glass and bottle.
