As we put the finishing touches on our off-grid tasting room, come enjoy a glass of wine and some small bites on our finished deck and indoor bar area. We anticipate our Grand-Opening towards the end of September. Enjoy the views and a glass of wine with friends. Come be a part of the initial tastes of Silver Dog Vineyards.
Things to know and what to expect

Please join us as we put the finishing touches on our tasting room. All seating will be on our recently completed deck or in the indoor bar area. We offer a variety of seating types. We have tables and chairs under a trellis as well as in the direct sunlight. There is a gravel area with lounge chairs and a grassy area for seating as well.
Reserve a table or chair on the deck or indoor bar area. A staff member will then walk you through your tasting where you will learn more about the vineyard and the wines produced. Enjoy sipping wine and the view across the valley.

We are currently offering a tasting flight of our es 2023 Chardonnay, 2024 Petit Manseng, 2024 Rose, and our 2023 Rock Island Red. Also available is our 2023 Barbera. All wines in the tasting and the Barbera are available by the glass or bottle.

We plan to expand our food menu in the near future, but are currently offering charcuterie boards, olives and other options.
Cancellation policy
We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel. Since we are very limited with the amount of seating while we build the tasting room, we ask that you cancel the day before your reservation so we can offer those seats to other patrons.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older.

Please email or call us for parties larger than 6.
Dogs
Dogs are of course welcome. Silver would not want it any other way. We ask that all dogs remain on leash at all times, and that you pick up after your buddy when that time arrives.

From Washington DC or east of Front Royal
66 West and take the Markham Exit 18. At the end of the ramp take a left. Take a right at the stop sign onto Route 55 (John Marshall Highway) West. Drive for about 4 miles and turn left onto 638 (Fiery Run) South. Warning, There is another Fiery Run after you drive for about 2 miles, do not take that one. There is a convenience store and a farmers market (The Giving Tree) at the correct intersection. Drive about ¼ mile, over the railroad tracks (bridge) and take a right onto Feathers Lane (gravel road). There is a sign at the entrance to Feathers lane. Go straight up the hill and turn left when you arrive at the red fence with a gate (Do not go through the gate). There is a smaller sign with an arrow at the fence. After turning left, follow the driveway over the cattle guard to the top of the hill where you will find a gravel parking lot and the tasting room.
From west of Front Royal
